Construction Updates

  • Wall Blocking & MEP Wall / Overhead Rough will be done by the end of this week 04-07
  • Rough in Inspection is scheduled for 04-06
  • Board & tape will start the week of 04-10 and will be ongoing for about 3 weeks
  • Painting 1st coat paint will be starting on 04-17
  • Plumbing Install Sanitary Connection LL2 will begin Saturday, April 8th and will last between 2-3 weeks. All work will be complete before the library opens each day

 

New Book eye scanner and microfilm reader on L2

Last week, a new book eye scanner and microfilm reader were installed in L2. As this is the new location for the majority of the Countway’s print collection, patrons will have the opportunity to scan content, save in PDF, and forward to their e-mail account without having to leave L2.
